Deepening Intimacy While Healing: A Couples Workshop

This workshop is designed for couples navigating changes in intimacy, connection, and communication during or after a cancer experience.

Whether you’re feeling close but unsure how to move forward, or distant and wanting to reconnect, this space offers practical tools and a gentle starting point.

In a safe, structured, and non-sexual environment, you’ll learn how to talk about intimacy without pressure or overwhelm—and begin rebuilding connection at a pace that feels right for both of you.

Together, you will:

Learn a simple, effective communication practice (Dyad Communication) to support honest, grounded conversations—including those about intimacy

Practice this tool using low-stakes, non-sexual topics to build confidence and ease

(Re)awaken your connection to (non-erotic) touch and pleasure, starting with yourself.

Practice mindful, non-erotic touch to foster deeper connection with your partner.

You’ll also receive a take-home workbook with exercises and prompts to continue these conversations and practices beyond the workshop.

No prior experience is needed. This workshop is designed to meet you where you are.

This is an opportunity to nurture your relationship, strengthen your bond, and explore a broader definition of intimacy with compassion and curiosity—together.
